About the role

You will join our new Power Platform & AI team and translate complex business requirements into secure, maintainable digital solutions. Working across Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio, you will combine low-code, pro-code and AI capabilities to create business value. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical specialists, and colleagues across AVK.

Your key responsibilities

· Design, build, test, deploy, and support Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and AI solutions, with Dataverse as a core data platform.

· Translate business needs into technical designs, prototypes, documentation, and maintainable solutions.

· Ensure solutions meet standards for security, data protection, accessibility, governance, and application of lifecycle management.

· Collaborate with stakeholders across AVK and support users from discovery through go live.

· Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

What you bring

· Hands-on experience designing and developing solutions using Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.

· The ability to understand complex business processes, challenge requirements constructively, and turn user needs into practical digital solutions.

· A strong focus on security, quality, maintainability, testing, and reliable delivery.

· A self-driven and collaborative mindset, with the ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

· Fluent in English.

We prefer if you have

· Experience with SharePoint Online, modern sites, SPFx, or integrations across Microsoft 365.

· Experience with Copilot Studio or similar agent technologies, including knowledge-grounding, actions, authentication, and analytics.

· Pro-code or Azure skills using technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, REST APIs, PCF components, custom connectors, or Azure Functions.

· Experience integrating Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Dataverse, and external enterprise systems.

· An eye for intuitive and accessible user interfaces or conversational experiences.

· Experience in manufacturing, production, ERP-related environments, or international organization.

Practical information

· Location: The position can be based in one of AVK’s locations globally, with the hiring manager located in Denmark.

· Travel: The role is primarily office-based and may include occasional travel to AVK production sites internationally.
